Lauren is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Carleton University, where her studies focus on child development, mental health, and therapeutic care. Her long-term goal is to work closely with youth and adolescents in both clinical and community settings where she can support their physical and emotional growth. With years of hands-on experience working with children, Lauren has volunteered for various youth sports programs, where she has coached fundamental-level soccer and assisted on ice for beginner hockey programs. Through this experience, Lauren strives to help build confidence and a sense of belonging in young children while creating supportive and inclusive spaces where kids can grow at their own pace. In her free time, Lauren enjoys staying active through team sports like soccer and hockey, reading, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
