Gillian has over 4 years of experience working with children, including a year as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE). Throughout her career, she’s had the opportunity to work in a variety of learning environments, including early learning centres, a Montessori school, and a Private school. These experiences have grown her passion for child development and strengthened my commitment to helping children feel supported and accepted. Her long-term goal is to become an occupational therapist and eventually open up her own practice, where she can continue supporting children and families in meaningful ways. Outside of work, she is a full-time student at Carleton University. 

She loves spending time outdoors and enjoying quality time with friends and family. She’s always up for a spontaneous adventure or trying something new! She is excited about this opportunity and looks forward to working alongside the team to support the children and families in our care.
