About

Amelie completed her Bachelor of Human kinetics at the University of Ottawa, then pursued her Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in French. During that time, she has acquired clinical knowledge and experience with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, sports injuries, pediatric incontinence, cerebral palsy, general orthopedic injuries, delayed gross motor development and more.

Prior to her academic career, Amelie worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Receptionist at On The Ball where she developed a passion for pediatric Physiotherapy. Amélie loves working with children of all ages and conditions and takes a special interest in infant gross motor development, pediatric incontinence, and sports injuries. She believes every child has the potential to be an Olympian. She uses education, hands-on manual therapy, exercises and more importantly, games to help them succeed in their life.
