Aurelia is a first-year Carleton University Nursing student, with a concentration in Neuroscience and Mental Health, passionate about pediatric and neonatal care. She hopes to become a NICU or pediatric mental health nurse, combining her love for children with her dedication to supporting emotional well-being. Having worked with kids throughout her life, she’s always valued building empathy, patience, and creativity into every interaction.

Throughout high school, she was a strong advocate for youth mental health. She volunteered in her school’s ASD Care Program, supporting neurodiverse students through daily activities and social learning experiences. Aurelia plans to continue expanding her impact by pursuing a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in the future. Her ultimate goal is to help children thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally wherever life takes them.
