Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Ottawa in 1994. She has spent over 20 years working in Human Resources within the Hi Tech area of Ottawa. In the span of her career, she has focused on excelling for innovation through change management, mediation, coaching and leadership.
Throughout her own personal health challenges and those of her children, she has become passionate about the study of nutrition and its powerful impact on the body and mind. She has spent 12 years reading, researching and implementing nutrient intervention towards healing, for both her boys with multiple food allergies. Lori completed her studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017 and is now a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) working with the Pediatric Physio and Occupational Therapy clinic. She specializes in supporting nutritional needs for children with a diagnosis, delayed development, behavioural/emotional challenges, digestive issues (IBD/IBS), food and chemical allergies. Her goal is to create personalized plans that will allow children to thrive and bring health for the entire family.
Always believing in lifelong learning, Lori has continued her education acquiring skills in alternative diets, fermentation and allergy options. She is excited to share recovery stories of those families she has guided to health.
