Laurence graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and worked in that field for a decade before she discovered Occupational Therapy. She knew at that moment that she could make a difference in people’s lives as an occupational therapist and decided to get her Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy.
Laurence is passionate about giving children the opportunity to grow to the best of their abilities. She understands the importance of the environment in order to facilitate that growth and values therapy centered on the family as a hole. Offering services in both French and English, she is happy to have been given the opportunity to join this team.
Always looking for opportunity to grow professionally and offer the most comprehensive services, you will find Laurence seeking experiences with other pediatric occupational therapists as well as attending workshops and courses. With her background in communications, she skillfully empowers children and parents with the new knowledge along with treatment approaches.
In her spare time, she likes to hike, play with her own three wonderful little persons, read, and witness creation in visual arts, music or theater of all kinds.
